As an Early Childhood Educator, I was responsible for creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for children. I planned and organized daily activities, supported children in their social and emotional development, communicated with parents and worked closely with colleagues. This role taught me to be highly responsible, patient, organized and adaptable. I learned how to communicate effectively with different people, manage multiple tasks at once and remain calm and professional in challenging situations. I also developed strong teamwork, problem-solving and time-management skills, while always paying close attention to individual needs and details.
