I moderate a subreddit for a US based mobile carrier, around 50k members and close to 400k monthly viewers. Started as community management but I ended up building the whole backend too, data pipelines, AI sentiment tracking, automated workflows, all of it.
Most of what I do sits between community, research, and automation. Sometimes clients need one of those things, sometimes all three.
I like Reddit because it's the one place where people say what they actually think. That makes it genuinely useful for brands if someone knows how to work with it properly.
