I will nestjs backend architect scalable API, microservices

Informazioni su questo servizio
Your SaaS backend needs to handle 100K requests per minute without breaking. I architect systems that do exactly that starting day one.
Most backend "developers" build monolithic spaghetti code that crashes under real load. You discover the technical debt six months after launch, right when youre scaling.
I build production-grade backend systems:
- Clean NestJS architecture (modules, DI, controllers, services)
- REST APIs or event-driven microservices
- PostgreSQL for relational integrity / MongoDB for document flexibility
- Authentication, rate limiting, caching, and background jobs
- Deployed, documented, and ready for 10x traffic
Why a senior backend architect (5+ years, 15+ systems in production):
- I don't write "code that works." I write systems that stay fast under load optimized queries, indexed databases, stateless services.
- Every decision answers one question: How does this scale? Horizontal scaling, message queues, read replicas I design for your Series A.
- CTOs hire me to fix broken backends or build new ones the right way. No rewrites needed later.
- Full TypeScript type safety, maintainable code, fewer runtime errors.
- You get a system architect, not a freelancer.

FAQ
Why NestJS over Express?
NestJS provides structure out of the box — modules, dependency injection, guards, interceptors. Express gives you freedom, but at scale, that freedom becomes technical debt. I use NestJS for systems that need to live longer than 6 months.
How do you ensure my backend can handle traffic spikes?
Stateless services + horizontal scaling + database connection pooling + Redis caching + rate limiting. For Premium, I also provide a load testing report showing your system's breaking point.
Do you build microservices for small projects?
No. Microservices add complexity. For smaller projects (Basic package), a well-structured monolithic NestJS app is faster, cheaper, and easier to deploy. I only recommend microservices when you truly need independent scaling or team separation.
What if I already have a backend that's falling apart?
I audit, refactor, or rewrite — depending on your budget and timeline. Many clients come to me with Express spaghetti code that can't scale. I migrate it to NestJS step by step.
Will I be able to maintain the code after you deliver?
Yes. You get documented, typed, modular code. A junior developer can understand it. I also provide a Loom walkthrough of the architecture. Optional monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance is available.
