Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for AR Cleaning, a Dubai-based cleaning company, since January 2025. Took over an account where traffic wasn't translating into the lead volume it should have, and worked through the account layer by layer instead of jumping straight to bid or budget changes. Started with a full website technical audit and found broken URLs and redirect issues that were silently killing conversions before they could even be tracked — fixed these first, since no amount of ad optimization matters if the landing pages themselves are failing. With that fixed, rewrote RSA ad copy across multiple service lines — villa cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and more — so each ad matched the actual intent behind the search instead of running the same generic copy across every service. To get a clearer read on true performance, built a dedicated lead tracking workbook that tracks cost per lead and lead quality by service line, since Google Ads' native reporting didn't capture that level of detail on its own. That visibility made it possible to shift budget toward the service lines and keywords that were genuinely converting, rather than the ones that simply looked good in the platform dashboard. Since taking over the account, ongoing work has included keyword expansion and pruning, negative keyword management, ad copy testing and refresh, audience and placement review, and regular performance check-ins with the client to keep strategy aligned with seasonal demand shifts in the Dubai cleaning market. Results through August 2026: 3,190 conversions generated on $37,300 in total spend, at an $11.68 cost per conversion and an 11.36% conversion rate — both well above typical benchmarks for the home services and cleaning industry, and a substantial improvement from where the account started, reflecting the impact of fixing the fundamentals before scaling spend.
