- Making As built Model for accurate Material , FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment), Room Area takeoffs etc
- Prepare construction documents as per ISO9001 standards
- Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
- Plan, render, model , Photoshop and illustrate.(DEPENDS ON THE BUYER REQUIREMENT)
- Organize and manage permit documents.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) in short where everything that you model has information in it, For eg a window, has a breadth , height, sill height , glass thickness and a frame material. This can be achieved using many softwares, I personally use Revit because it is the best one out there
