As a Shopify eCommerce Specialist & Store Designer, I worked with online businesses to build, customize, redesign, and improve Shopify stores for a professional and user-friendly shopping experience. My role involved taking a store from the initial setup stage through design, product organization, customization, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization, while making sure the website was structured around the business's products, target customers, and overall brand identity. I handled Shopify store setup for new businesses that needed a complete eCommerce website, including configuring the store structure, organizing navigation, creating collections, setting up product categories, adding products, arranging product information, and customizing the storefront to create a consistent brand experience. I worked with different types of online businesses and adapted the store structure and visual presentation to suit their products rather than relying on a generic template. A major part of my role was Shopify store design and redesign. I reviewed existing stores to identify areas that could be improved in terms of layout, navigation, product presentation, mobile responsiveness, visual consistency, and overall customer experience. When redesigning a store, I worked on the structure of the homepage, collection pages, product pages, menus, promotional sections, calls to action, banners, and other important sections that customers interact with before making a purchase.
