PLEASE SEND ALL REQUIRED MATERIAL AND SPEAK WITH ME BEFORE STARTING AN ORDER
I need to assess the project to make sure I have all necessary material and that you get the package that is right for you.
What format should the stems be in?
If you want the highest quality mix, the highest quality stems are necessary. You can send in .WAV or .AIFF format. I would NOT recommend sending .MP3.
What is mixing?
The process by which multiple sounds are combined into one or more channels. In the process, a source's volume level, frequency content, dynamics, and panoramic position are manipulated or enhanced. This practical, aesthetic, or otherwise creative treatment is done in order to produce a finished ver
What is mastering?
The process of preparing and transferring recorded audio from a source containing the final mix to a data storage device (the master), the source from which all copies will be produced (via methods such as pressing, duplication or replication) ....in short, I'm going to make it louder and better!
Anything else I REALLY need to know?
1. send the highest quality stems possible. 2. ALL stems must start from the same point. 3. Attempts to negotiate price will be blocked. 4. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!
