Outage Management System (OMS) – Delhi Transco Limited (DTL) Developed and deployed a comprehensive Outage Management System (OMS) for Delhi Transco Limited (DTL) to digitize and streamline the end-to-end outage request and approval process. The system transformed previously manual, offline workflows into a secure, fully online, role-based web and mobile application, hosted in a Windows Server environment. Key Features: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Secure authentication and authorization ensuring users, substation operators, SLDC officials, and administrators access only role-specific functionalities. Substation-Level Access Management: Dedicated credentials for each substation to submit outage requests, monitor approval status, and manage operational data independently. Automated Outage Workflow: Digitized submission, review, approval, and rejection of outage requests, significantly reducing manual intervention and approval delays. Real-Time Data Management: Centralized storage and retrieval of outage data, approval history, logs, and system activity using Oracle Database with real-time updates. Ticketing & Support System: Built-in helpdesk module enabling users and substations to raise, track, and resolve technical or operational support tickets efficiently. Web & Mobile Application Support: Web Application: Developed using React.js, optimized for desktop usage within control rooms and offices. Mobile Application: Developed using React Native, enabling on-the-go access for field engineers and officials to track outages, approvals, and notifications in real time. User-Friendly Interface: Clean, responsive UI focused on usability, fast navigation, and operational clarity.
