Very knowledgeable of his craft. Pricing and talking to AI assistant is a bit confusing when you need a specific thing done, but once we sorted it, Sid was very attentive and helpful, even though we couldn’t sort the problem out straight away. Sid however helped me until we did.

I’m not the best with technology and he was very patient with me, helping me with everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Anything I asked, he helped me with.
