Sidd and Pragna both worked hard to give first impressions and evaluate how their impressions changed as the work continued. I have an understanding of a general market's reactions to my manuscript and could use more detail/citations to support that. They are very pleasant to work with and willing to help again.

Their reader reports were incredibly valuable! They followed my brief and focused more on reader impressions on an emotional level rather than purely analytical.
