I worked with Stillo Photo, a photography agency that was spending a significant amount of time creating commercial proposals. Each quote was written manually, which slowed response times and increased the risk of errors. I designed and implemented an automated proposal generation system: Client information is collected after the conversation with the prospect. The data is automatically inserted into custom proposal templates. A complete proposal is generated in seconds, without repetitive data entry. The system was built to integrate smoothly into their sales process, without adding complexity to their daily workflow. Results Significant reduction in time spent creating quotes Faster responses to prospects Higher conversion rate thanks to quicker and more professional proposals The team can now send a proposal almost immediately after a call or client request, improving responsiveness and ensuring consistent, reliable documents.

Automated lead capture, application tracking, and internal follow-ups. Implemented automated workflows to streamline internal processes between sales and administrative teams. Created application and enrollment pipelines to clearly visualize each stage of the process.
