Do you use Google Translate or any machine translation?
Nope! I translate everything by hand, sentence by sentence. I may check a dictionary for special terms, but I never just copy and paste from a machine. That’s how I make sure your German sounds natural.
What kind of texts can you translate?
Pretty much anything everyday or business related: documents, websites, blog posts, emails, letters and product descriptions. Not sure if your text is a good fit? Just send me a quick message and I’ll let you know.
Which file formats can I send you?
Word, PDF, TXT and Excel files all work fine. You can also paste your text straight into the chat. Have something different? Just tell me and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I talk to you before placing an order?
Of course, I’d love that! Send me a short sample or tell me about your project, and I’ll give you a clear price and delivery time before you order. No pressure at all.
What if my text is longer than the words in the package?
No problem! You can add more words with the “Additional words” extra when you order. If your project is really big, message me first and I’ll make you a custom offer.
Will my documents stay private?
Yes, absolutely. I only use your text for your translation and I never share it with anyone else.
How fast can you deliver?
