Most coaches give you techniques, exposure challenges, confidence tips. These can help temporarily but they don't touch the root. I work with you to find where the shyness and anxiety actually come from the beliefs, the self-talk, the emotional patterns underneath and we we shift it there.

Yes. Shyness isn't a personality trait you're born with. It's a learned response something your nervous system developed to protect you at some point. What was learned can be unlearned. I know this because I lived it myself.

Most clients notice a shift in awareness after the first session a clearer understanding of what's actually driving the shyness. Deeper change builds across sessions. The more honest and committed you are in the work, the faster things move.

We get on a video call. I ask you questions to understand your specific pattern when it shows up, what triggers it, what it feels like. From there we go deeper into what's underneath and start working on shifting it. It's focused and direct not just venting or talking in circles.

That's the most common thing I hear. Most approaches work on the surface they give you things to do without changing what's underneath. If you've tried and it didn't stick, that's usually the reason. This is where the work goes deeper.
