Which LLM does it use?
Your choice - OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models. You provide the API key; I wire everything up and optimize prompts for it.
How accurate is it?
RAG grounds answers in your documents with citations, which cuts hallucinations dramatically vs. a generic chatbot. I'll test it against your sample questions before delivery, and I'm upfront about limits - no AI is 100%.
Can it go on my website?
Yes - Premium includes a REST API endpoint plus a branded chat UI you or your developer can embed. Standard includes deploy guidance for a hosted demo link.
What document formats work?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, and website URLs. Scanned/image PDFs need OCR - mention it and I'll quote accordingly.
Is my data private?
Your documents stay in your vector store under your API key. I delete all project files from my machine after delivery on request.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Premium includes 14 days of post-delivery support. For ongoing improvements or retraining on new docs, message me for a custom offer.
