Overall to visualize your project I will be using 3Ds Max to model your scene and Corona renderer or Twinmotion for rendering, I will be looking to discuss with you each detail possible to make this collaboration as smooth as possible, Also the price may vary with the projects as these prices are standard so make sure to discuss the project with me before ordering and Thank you.

In general, it's the quality of the render. for this GIG, it's about the pricing and deadline.
what type of files are accepted ?
I can work with AutoCAD files, Revit Files, Sketchup files, 3Ds Max files. If you have an existing Twinmotion scene, I can will work on it also :D.
