I worked as a Computer Operator / IT Support Officer at the Education Monitoring Authority, District Shangla, operating under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department. I also provided technical and operational support to field staff, assisting them with data collection, reporting, digital communication, and the use of computerized systems and other technology-related tools. I communicated relevant instructions, updates and helped resolve issues that could affect the timely submission and processing of information.
