I provide an independent Owners Engineering review of mechanical and pressure-equipment calculation, procurement, and study packages prepared by vendors, fabricators, or subcontractors. This service helps owners, EPCs, and engineering firms verify technical adequacy, code compliance, and engineering rigor before approval or fabrication.

My review evaluates assumptions, inputs, load cases, and methodology for alignment with applicable ASME, API, TEMA, and B31 standards, project specifications, and accepted engineering practice. I identify gaps, risks, or non-compliances and provide clear, actionable written comments suitable for vendor response.

Deliverables are issued as a commented PDF and/or structured comment log, written in concise engineering language.

This service is not a redesign, recalculation, stamped engineering, or narrative report. It mirrors the role of an internal Owners Engineering or QA/QC technical review, helping reduce project risk and prevent costly rework.
