Ho iniziato a scrivere post autentici e basati su storie su LinkedIn senza hack di crescita o promozioni a pagamento. In meno di sei mesi, il mio account è cresciuto da circa 600 a oltre 14.000 follower grazie esclusivamente alla portata organica. Il mio lavoro di storytelling mi ha poi portato a essere tra i Top 10 creatori di LinkedIn in Croazia nel 2025 su Favikon.
Quello che è iniziato come scrittura personale si è rapidamente trasformato in qualcosa di più grande. Ho testato lo stesso approccio di storytelling su un CEO della mia città, creando un singolo post che posizionava chiaramente e onestamente la sua storia. Quel post ha avuto più di 200k impressioni, è stato ripreso dal giornale nazionale più popolare e successivamente trasmesso in televisione. È stato in quel momento che ho capito che non si trattava solo di scrittura di contenuti, ma di posizionamento attraverso la storia.
Mi concentro su storytelling su LinkedIn che sembri umano, non promozionale o "salesy." Post che suonano come te, non come marketing. L’obiettivo non è inseguire i like, ma creare risonanza, connessione, fiducia e visibilità a lungo termine. Se hai una vera storia, esperienza o messaggio, ti aiuto a trasformarlo in un post che risuoni e si diffonda organicamente.
