What if the service I need is not on your list?
Please message me. They limit us to 1200 characters making it impossible to list all the things.
Are your services monthly or one time?
I try to provide services for all business budgets. We can do either or depending on the task if its repetitive or not.
How do you determine which deliverables are included in my package?
We start with a free consultation where you tell me what's most urgent for your business. I'll help you prioritize so you get the most value from your package. No guessing — we build your scope together before any work begins.
What if my project ends up being more complex than expected?
I'll always let you know upfront if your needs go beyond the selected package before I start working. You'll never get a surprise invoice. If extra work is needed we'll discuss upgrading your package or adding on at a clear flat rate.
Do you work with brand new businesses or only established ones?
Both! Whether you're just starting out and need everything set up from scratch or you've been in business for years and things have gotten disorganized — I work with businesses at every stage. Starting fresh is actually easier because we build it right the first time!
What does "includes tools and software" mean?
Some projects require specific software, subscriptions, or templates to complete the work properly. Rather than charging you separately for those, they are factored into your package price. You get a finished professional deliverable — not a list of things you still need to go buy.
Can I hire you for ongoing monthly support after my package is complete?
Absolutely! Most clients do. Once your project is done I offer ongoing monthly retainer support. The Full Rescue package is designed to roll right into monthly service!
