At Odasie, I lead the design, development, and optimization of tailor-made travel products for the French-speaking market across Thailand, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia. In this role, I oversee the full product lifecycle, from market research and supplier negotiations to pricing strategy and operational implementation. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, I ensure seamless coordination between departments to guarantee smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences. Through ongoing analysis of customer feedback and market performance, I continuously refine and improve our travel products to enhance quality, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.
