Beyond setup, I focus heavily on growth strategy, helping creators expand their subscriber base through optimized sign-up flows, compelling welcome pages, and audience-building techniques suited to their specific niche. For clients focused on monetization, I help research competitive pricing, structure free vs. paid tiers, and position premium content in a way that feels valuable rather than restrictive to readers. I also assist with migrating existing newsletters from other platforms to Substack, preserving content and subscriber relationships throughout the transition.
