I have personally planned a two-week family trip across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, intercity transportation, reservations, dining, and daily activities. The itinerary was designed with one main activity per day plus nearby flexible options, so the trip felt organized without being overpacked.
Every itinerary is planned with a balance of comfort and cost in mind. If you have a specific overall budget, budget planning is available as an optional add-on.
You will receive a clear, organized itinerary built around how you actually like to travel, not a generic list of tourist attractions.

Yes. I can coordinate travel between destinations such as Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Narita, and other areas. The number of destinations included depends on your package.
Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?
I provide booking links for flights, hotels, and activities. With Booking Services, I can complete eligible reservations that do not require payment, ID verification, or a personal account. You must complete flight purchases, restricted bookings, and all vendor payments directly.
Do you include restaurant recommendations?
Yes. I can recommend restaurants, cafés, markets, and other dining options based on your preferences, location, budget, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
Will my itinerary include transportation instructions?
Yes. I can include local transit, airport transfers, train routes, intercity transportation, estimated travel times, and practical transportation notes.
What information do you need from me?
I’ll need your travel dates, destinations, number of travelers, interests, preferred pace, accommodation preferences, dietary restrictions, and any activities already booked.
Can you revise the itinerary?
Yes, revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the original travel preferences and scope.
When will I be charged?
Fiverr collects payment when you place your order. Any flights, hotels, activities, or reservations are separate and must be paid directly to the provider.
What is included in my order?
Your order includes only the services listed in your selected package. Additional nights, destinations, or booking support must be purchased through a Gig extra or custom offer.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
