My experience as a 100m sprinter and College Football player in the USA taught me what it takes, in terms of training, as a athlete to perform at a high level. After my career, I earned a Master’s in Sports Medicine to learn the science of athletic performance training. Today, I use those same systems to train NHL and pro athletes. I help regular people who wants to get fit and wants to train like an athlete, teams and athletes to optimize their sports performance training based on their athletic level, available equipment's and time slots. If they are starter, advanced or elite I customize programs for them so they can do the training for themselves but they are fully guided trough my programs and on-going support. My main domain is to develop speed since it is a very important physical skill to have in all of sports but to be able to be fast and perform at a high level I create programs that fully develops the athletes speed. Meaning they include strength, mobility, conditioning, core strength, power, muscle growth training and more. It is a flexible speed system that can be adapted to your needs. You will get the full program as a PDF file, easy to use on your phone and you can do the program in any gym or field, you don't need any advanced machines. Each exercise in the program has an instructional videos performed by pro-athletes and they include top 3 coaching tips for each exericse.

I educated their coaches about strength, speed and power training and created customized training programs for each team so it fit their age and level of athleticism. Setup Strength & Conditioning program for their youth american football team U17-U19. We had a small gym that we had access to twice a week. I setup program and built up their strength, power and speed. They won nationals in U17 and then they played against U19 and won nationals there as well. They where the most athletic team in the nation and dominated the season with no season ending injuries.
