What cloud platforms ?
AWS, Azure, GCP. Cross-cloud or multi-account scenarios via Custom Offer.
Is my data safe if I give you account access ?
I work via read-only IAM roles or audit-scoped users — no write access needed. Credentials are never stored in plaintext. Access is revoked at engagement close. NDA on request.
What about security findings ?
This audit is cost-focused. If I notice obvious security issues during the cost audit (e.g., publicly exposed S3 bucket), I'll flag them but won't dig deep. For a proper security review, see my dedicated Cloud Security Audit gig.
What information do you need from me to start ?
Cloud platform you operate on, last month's detailed bill (CSV from Cost Explorer / Azure Cost Management / GCP Billing), and read-only access. Full intake form is in the order requirements after purchase.
What access do you need to review my AWS account ?
Temporary read-only AWS IAM access is preferred. You may also provide exported AWS Cost Explorer, billing, and resource-utilization data. I will not require administrator access.
Will you make changes to my AWS infrastructure ?
No. This package provides an audit and prioritized cost-optimization report only. No resources will be stopped, resized, deleted, or modified. Implementation can be discussed separately after you approve the recommendations.
Can you guarantee a specific amount of savings ?
Savings depend on your current AWS usage, architecture, and existing optimization practices. I will identify realistic opportunities, estimate potential monthly savings where possible, and explain the effort and operational risk associated with each recommendation.
