Maintain a 170+ screen multi-tenant web application for tailoring and boutique businesses using ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET, .NET Framework and MySQL, covering orders, production, inventory, customers, payroll and reporting. Led application performance improvements using custom server-side and browser-side instrumentation, reducing a core screen from 5.0s to 0.3s and making the product catalogue 21× faster by optimising SQL queries and eliminating redundant data loading.
