I have spent 13 years running my own creative business and learning whatever I needed to make it work. My work includes digital art and commissions, stickers, product design, Etsy listing creation and SEO, product photography, customer support, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping. I have experience taking a product from the original idea through design, production, photography, listing, sale, and delivery. I also work with 3D modeling and printing. I prepare and modify models, prototype products, troubleshoot failed prints, maintain printers, test materials and settings, and produce finished items for sale. Much of this work involves finding the actual cause of a problem instead of repeatedly changing settings and hoping something works. Outside the shop, I have experience with Minecraft and game modding, compatibility testing, and detailed bug reporting. I reproduce problems, isolate conflicts, compare client and server behavior, collect logs, document the environment, and write steps developers can follow. I regularly use GitHub and have worked with Git, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and Python, and everyday Linux administration. I also maintain self-hosted Minecraft, media, and backup servers. This includes installing and updating software, managing files and permissions, editing configuration files, monitoring storage, troubleshooting networking and service problems, and keeping backups usable.
