What defines a "Small issue"?
A small issue can be defined as CSS fix, menu fix, plugin misconfiguration fix, aligning visually header or footer, editing an image on your website, changing font family/Color, Editing small text, Changing Font Size, etc. Similar to the above issues are evaluated as 1 small issue.
What is an "Intermediate issue"?
Fatal errors, White screens, Server PHP version issue, Server Resource Configuration, Design flaws like overlaping, misplacement, etc.
What does a "Major issue" encompass?
Performance issue, Plugin incompatibilities, Theme change, Conflicts, Warnings due to deprecated code, Woocommerce product value errors, etc. Please give detail of your issue and I will evaluate and fix it.
What if I can't explain what the problem is?
No stress, no worries! Just send me your website URL and a very brief description of what you’re experiencing or a screenshot/ screen recording. I’ll check the issue and guide you with the best solution. We can also set up a zoom meeting to discuss the issue.

After purchasing the gig all I need is your Hosting or Cpanel and WordPress administrative username and password. All the details about bugs, errors, issues, or problems.
