FAQ
What qualifies as a revision?
A revision is considered a minor design change such as color, font, or image changes. We ask all content provided by our clients is given to us in the FINAL format so there will be no need for content changes or updates during the duration of the order.
Do I need to have all my content ready before we begin the order?
YES, please! Having all your FINAL content ready for the order is extremely important so that we can make sure your website is complete at the time of delivery. You can choose to add on missing content in a new order after delivery. Late content could result in paying for additional delivery days.
What does the delivery time mean?
Delivery time is an agreed upon number of days between buyer and seller so that both parties' time can be valued. We factor into the quote how much time it will take to communicate with the buyer within a reasonable time and the time we estimate it to take to complete the website design.
Do I have to connect my own domain to my website when it's finished?
Up to you! You can connect it yourself, or I can help you connect your domain before or immediately after delivery so that your website is officially live following our order. Please let us know if you would like assistance prior to the order beginning.
Do you have a contract for services?
We have Terms of Service that we provide to all clients prior to beginning an order. If you are booking a direct service with us (no communication prior), please ask for a copy. By starting an order with us, you confirm that you have received, read, and accept our Terms of Service.
