In this role, I engineered and deployed a high-performance, fully autonomous AI Voice Assistant system designed to transform how real estate businesses handle outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The core of this project was to solve the massive problem of lead decay by ensuring every potential seller is contacted immediately and professionally without human intervention. Using n8n as the primary automation engine, I built a sophisticated, multi-stage workflow that connects Retell AI, Follow Up Boss (CRM), and Google Calendar into a seamless sales machine that operates 24/7. The process starts within the CRM, where my custom-built n8n logic monitors the database for property leads. Once a lead is triggered, the system initiates an outbound call using a Retell AI voice agent. This agent is programmed with advanced natural language capabilities, allowing it to have realistic conversations with homeowners. The AI specifically confirms if their property is still available for sale and verifies their current level of interest. This ensures the business owner only spends time talking to "hot" leads who are actually ready to sell, effectively filtering out all the noise and dead data that usually slows down an operation. After the call, the automation handles all the tedious data entry. It instantly updates the contact’s profile in the CRM with the call outcome, keeping the database perfectly organized. If a seller expresses strong interest, the system proactively checks the manager's availability and schedules a meeting directly on their Google Calendar, sending out all necessary invites automatically. Additionally, I implemented a smart matching feature that looks for interested buyers in the same location as the seller, effectively merging the two parties to accelerate the closing process. This entire ecosystem replaces the need for a manual call center, drastically reducing overhead costs while significantly increasing the volume of qualified appointments.
Automated Investment Pitch Email Classifier with AI Analysis

Created an intelligent email automation system for an investor managing high-volume pitch submissions. The solution leverages Make.com workflow automation, ChatGPT for AI-driven analysis, and Airtable for lead management. I designed and built a complete a powerful automation system that streamlines lead generation, outreach, and response handling for businesses. The system automatically sources business data, qualifies leads using AI-based scoring, and generates personalized outreach messages suited to each business. It then analyzes incoming replies to determine intent (interest, request for information, or rejection) and filters responses accordingly. I also implemented a structured workflow that tracks daily outreach performance, including emails sent and response activity, giving clear visibility into campaign effectiveness. Through this project, I developed strong experience in building scalable automation systems, integrating multiple tools, and creating AI-driven workflows that reduce manual effort while improving lead handling efficiency.
