What experience do you have as an accountability coach?
I have managed large complexity retail bank branches to top sales results by coaching my staff to new heights. I have coached top volleyball teams to final four national championship finishes through intense goal setting and never fearful of having tough conversations.
What type of people are you able to assist?
I want to work with people who are ready to make a change. I you have just started your business and need to have someone work with you to pave the way to your end goal because you are not sure what that looks like, I'm the coach to work with.
What fields do you specialize in?
With a vast background in real estate and team sports coaching, I specialize in two main fields: 1) Anything in real estate (realtors, mortgage professionals, lawyers, services), 2) Athletes (amateur), team or individual.
How do you measure the success of your gig?
From day one, we establish what tangible goals you have. From there, your goals become my goals from the perspective that I know what needs to be done to guide you to those goals. Sometimes, I may need to go all "tough love" on you but we need that to meet OUR goals!
