Informazioni su questo servizio
Vetted Pro
Turn Copilot into a member of your workforce. Standard chatbots just answer questions. I build Autonomous AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent 365 that actually execute workfrom automating IT tickets to orchestrating complex security workflows.
As an expert in the Copilot Control System (CCS), I ensure your agents are not only powerful but fully governed and secure.
What I Build:
- Autonomous Agents: Agents that trigger based on events (not just chat) to handle end-to-end business processes.
- Security Copilot Plugins: Custom KQL and API-based plugins for threat hunting and incident response.
- Enterprise Integration: Seamless connections to ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SharePoint via Power Automate.
- Knowledge Grounding: RAG implementation using your specific enterprise data with zero-hallucination guardrails.
- Multi-Channel: Deploy to Teams, Web, or custom mobile apps.
Why Choose Me?
- Advanced Agent Logic: I use the new o1 reasoning models for complex decision-making.
- Security-First: 20+ years in enterprise IT ensures your data stays in your tenant.

FAQ
What is an "Autonomous Agent" in Copilot Studio?
Unlike traditional bots, autonomous agents can be triggered by external events (like a new email or a database change) and complete a series of steps independently using Agent 365 logic.
Can you build plugins for Security Copilot?
Yes. I specialize in building custom plugins using YAML/JSON that allow Security Copilot to interact with your specific security tools, run KQL queries, and automate SOC playbooks.
How do you prevent "Agent Sprawl"?
I implement the Copilot Control System (CCS). This provides IT admins with the visibility and guardrails needed to manage who can build, deploy, and use agents within your tenant.

You will have no trouble finding someone with IT skills, but the key is finding someone who understands business processes and software solutions and is able to bring those together, Adam proved to be great in doing this.
