💼 Senior Full Stack Web Developer — Software Enginnering Daily February 2023 – Present | Full-Time I joined Software Enginnering Daily as a Full Stack Web Developer with the goal of contributing to the team’s growth, optimizing existing systems, and introducing modern development practices. From day one, I focused on improving project workflows, refactoring legacy code, and helping the team adopt new technologies that enhance performance and maintainability. When I started, the development team worked on a single major project each year. By introducing agile workflows, Git version control, and Trello task management, I helped restructure the process — enabling the team to handle multiple projects efficiently. My goal was not only to write better code but also to build a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. One of our biggest achievements was developing a robust employment management system for a semi-government UK organization, built to meet strict UK data security standards. This full-scale web application integrated Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Livewire, Stripe, and REST APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance. The successful completion of this project led to my promotion as Senior Full Stack Web Developer. Now, I lead the development team in creating innovative tools, SaaS products, and e-commerce applications. I mentor junior developers, guide code reviews, and ensure all projects follow best practices in software design, API integration, and security. My role combines leadership with hands-on development — helping SofticEra deliver modern, efficient, and impactful digital solutions to clients. This ongoing journey continues to shape me as a leader, problem solver, and lifelong learner — passionate about turning ideas into meaningful, high-quality web applications.
