Most schools lose days every month to the same two questions: who has paid, and who was absent. Both should take seconds.

WHAT THE SYSTEM HANDLES

• Student records from admission onward: class, section, roll, guardian contact
• - Class-wise daily attendance, with an SMS to the guardian when a child is absent
• - Fee collection with printed receipts, and an arrears list on demand
• - Exams: mark entry, grade calculation, marksheets, result publication
• - Parent portal, so guardians check attendance, results and dues themselves instead of phoning the office
• - Teacher portal for marks and attendance
• - Hostel, library and transport if you need them
• - Accounts and staff payroll

The interface can be in English or Bangla, which matters when the office staff are the ones using it every day.
