I've spent the last 2 years doing full-cycle bookkeeping for North American clients inside a global financial process outsourcing setup — basically, I was the person behind the scenes keeping the books clean for businesses that never saw my face. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage — I live in these tools daily. Bank recs, month-end close, payroll, W-2s and 1099s, milestone-based invoicing for service businesses.
