Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account before ordering?
No. I walk you through creating your Meta Business account, verifying your business and connecting a phone number. You keep full ownership of the account and number - I never hold your credentials long term.
Are there ongoing costs after you deliver?
Yes, and I am upfront about them. Meta charges per conversation, the AI model charges per usage, and the bot needs hosting. For most small businesses this lands in the $10-40/month range. You pay these providers directly, not me.
Can the bot actually do things, or only answer questions?
It takes actions. It can book appointments into your calendar, look up an order status, write leads into your CRM or Google Sheet, trigger n8n workflows and hand the chat to a human when it is out of its depth.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your business, the questions customers ask most, the phone number you want to use, and access to any system you want connected. If you have a price list, FAQ page or catalogue, send it - that becomes the bot's knowledge.
