I have worked at Berger Paints in roles that combine sales execution, marketing operations and team leadership across both B2B and B2C channels. My work has consistently been driven by data analysis, structured reporting and clear decision-making. I regularly built and reviewed high-quality sales and marketing dashboards, management reports and pitch decks to track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and to translate insights into clear execution priorities. I used customer and channel data to segment markets, identify growth opportunities and support retention and loyalty initiatives. I directly managed 7 Business Development Managers and guided 31 Business Development Officers, aligning teams on targets, incentives and execution standards while monitoring performance closely.
