I booked the gig ($200 total for this + another :60-seconds). Unfortunately, the video was VERY amateur. I COULD NOT USE IT. I told him within 3 days but no partial refund, not willing to stand behind his promise.

But NO custom animated character, simply cut out my client's head from the pic I provided & called it "animated" but it was just a cut-out! Also, it was white board style not explainer. Would not refund 50%.
