Is my business data private and separate from other clients?
Yes. Every account is fully isolated by business — I tested this directly, and one company cannot view or access another company's contacts, even by guessing IDs.
Q: Can multiple employees log in with their own accounts?
A: Not in the current version — each business gets one shared login. Multi-user logins with roles can be added as a custom add-on if needed.
Q: Will I own the CRM, or is it hosted by you?
A: I deploy and host it for you as part of the package. If you'd prefer the source code to self-host instead, message me before ordering.
Q: Can I import my existing customer list?
A: Yes — CSV import is included in every package. Just export your current contacts to a CSV file and I'll load them in during setup
Q: Can you customize the fields or statuses for my business?
A: Yes — Standard and Premium packages include follow-up tracking, and Premium adds a custom status workflow beyond the default lead/active/inactive.
Q: What if I need changes after delivery?
A: Minor tweaks within your package's revision limit are included. Anything beyond that can be arranged as a quick follow-up order.
