Informazioni su questo servizio
PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. THANK YOU.
If you want a WhatsApp chatbot that answers customers, captures leads and books appointments around the clock, then this gig is for you!
Things I would love to do for you:
- I can set up the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) and connect your number.
- I can build a chatbot with welcome messages, buttons, menus and FAQ replies that works 24/7.
- I can add AI replies (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) based on your own business information, in your customers languages.
- I can capture leads and send them to Google Sheets or your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel).
- I can book appointments in Google Calendar and send reminders.
- I can share product details, order status and brochures inside the chat.
- I can hand the chat over to a human agent at any time.
- I can build for real estate, clinics, eCommerce, education and service businesses.
- And lots more
Note: Meta charges its own per-message fees on the WhatsApp Business API, paid directly by you.

FAQ
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
es. I will set it up and guide you through number registration. A number already used on the regular WhatsApp or Business app needs to be migrated to the API.
Is this ChatGPT on WhatsApp?
No. It’s a bot built for your own business. Meta banned general-purpose AI assistants on the Business API from January 2026, while bots for support, bookings and sales are allowed.
What will it cost me each month?
Meta’s per-message fees and AI usage, billed to you directly. I will estimate it before we start.
Will my number get banned?
I use only the official Cloud API, never unofficial tools.
Can a human take over, and can I edit the bot later?
Yes to both, and I hand over documentation.
Which languages and CRMs do you support?
Any language your AI model handles, and HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel and Google Sheets.
