I am a professional Civil Engineer with 8 years of Estimation experience. I work as Cost Estimation Engineer with a General Contractor (GC) in Texas.
I have estimated hundreds of residential and commercial projects from a small remodelling to a huge multistorey developments. My areas of expertise include pre-bid and post bid estimates. I can proudly say I have contributed to some high profile projects with top tier firms including bid estimate for Dallas Museum of Arts. I use Planswift, Bluebeam, Rsmeans and AI powered tools for excel to create accurate estimates.
I provide services in all Divisions from Division 01- Division 48.
