Role & Responsibilities: As your Senior Principal Officer, I orchestrate end-to-end Investment/Credit functions with finesse. From crafting compelling proposals to executing flawless deal closures, disbursements, and repayments, I ensure seamless operations and exceptional outcomes. My key responsibilities encompass: 🔸 Managing all Investment/Credit operations, including proposal preparation, scrutiny, deal handling, sanctioning, disbursement, repayment, adjustment, and documentation. 🔸 Ensuring strict compliance with guidelines from the Head Office (HO) and Bangladesh Bank (BB), conducting thorough assessments, and jointly signing proposals. 🔸 Overseeing the preparation and signature of vouchers for the Investment/Credit Risk Management Department. 🔸 Generating accurate statements for the Investment/Credit Risk Management and SME & Agricultural Finance Departments. 🔸 Efficiently managing desk-related tasks within the Investment/Credit Department. 🔸 Conducting visits to proposed mortgage land, outlets, warehouses, and preparing detailed visit reports. 🔸 Compiling monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Investment/Credit statements. In my role, I prioritize accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution to contribute to the success of the organization in the Investment/Credit domain.
