My own work in workflow automation started with simple observation: many businesses were spending too much time moving information between tools, updating tasks manually, following up with leads, and searching for documents that should have been easy to find. I began helping businesses turn repetitive processes into organized systems that their teams could use. Today, I work with project management, CRM, productivity, document, finance, and operations platforms to build practical workflows around the way each business operates. I set up Nifty roadmaps, Trello boards, Jira sprints, TaxDome workflows, and Smartsheet processes, helping teams organize projects, deadlines, tasks, and recurring activities in one structured system. I also build Wrike dashboards, Jotform forms, Lucidchart process maps, Miro boards, and Hubstaff time-tracking workflows. These setups help teams collect information, visualize processes, monitor work, and keep responsibilities clear. For business operations, I configure Paycom payroll workflows, PandaDoc eSign processes, MaintainX work orders, and QuickBooks reporting systems. I also work with Revver, Bitrix24, mHelpDesk, Bigin, and HoneyBook to organize documents, CRM pipelines, tickets, leads, invoices, and client processes. My approach is process-first. I start by understanding what needs to happen, where information gets stuck, and which repetitive steps can be simplified. Then I structure the workflow, configure the relevant tools, test the process, and make sure the final system is easy for the team to follow. The goal is not simply to set up another software account. It is to create a reliable business system that saves time, reduces manual work, keeps information organized, and gives the client a clearer way to manage daily operations.
