Tier 'Ducht' is mainly for small mods - this mainly comprises of editing pre-existing features without the need of new custom files
Tier 'Kingdom' includes custom country,religion,culture, and more custom scripting in general
Tier 'Emperor' is the full package and more - This is a deep dive into making a larger scale mod, and will encompass everything from custom countries to cultures to events!
Of course to some extent it can be edited and added to if some extra ideas come to you during development

I am an independant game developper. I studied at Efrei Paris in France and follow the Gamecodeur formation online to help me to create better games. I created some games for myself and publish them on itch with "Takeru Grima" as a pseudo. I also worked as an intern for 2 games studio : Manzalab and Cyanide Studio. I am confortable in game field but I can also work on software but not on web page.

Can you make new flags for new countries ?
I can create some myself if the design is not too complicated. If the design is complicated I can ask some artist friends to create some flags for you.
Can you create a custom map ?
No I have no idea how to do a custom map for Europa Universalis IV
Can you do updates for the mod ?
Yes, if you contact me after a delivery with new ideas you can create a new custom order for the update.
