One thing to know about Alex is that you don't need to micromanage. He takes my instructions and when I say, "do this exactly" he does. And when I say, "artistic judgment," he ALWAYS adds his own energy, his own spin, his own ideas. Working with him is a true collaboration.

Is there a rating above "Exceptional?" Because the collaboration with Alex certainly is. The present order is no exception, but it exceeds all expectations. Alex took a complex design, added his own creativity, and then put it into my brand "look and feel." He's a superstar!
