PCB designing is a art and you get maximum output when all the aspects throughout the process is cover. I have 2 plus year of experience in designing multilayer PCB, I have designed 11''x7'' containing more that 200 components and consist of 14 layers.
PCB designing Software: Altium, Eagles, Cads and Proteus.
Software is used according to client requirement
Package will include Gerber file, Bill of material(If package in schematic has proper information), 3D view file. Gerber file will be generate after removing DRC nd ERC errors.

There will be complete help during pCB stuffing.
