FAQ
Whats included in each order?
Each order includes your script recorded, mixed and mastered to a broadcast standard, delivered as a high quality audio file (WAV). 1 revision limited to 50 words (see revision policy in FAQ 3). Usage licensing is NOT included in the base fee and must be purchased via the gig extras.
Can you complete my order on the same day?
es I am in the studio between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (UK time GMT/BST), message me and I will offer a quote for same day delivery.
What is your revision policy?
Mistakes on my part are covered free of charge. One revision based on performance or changes to the script is included in the order and covers up to 50 words. Further revisions are charged at 20USD per 100 words and can be purchased via the gig extras menu.
Do you offer live directed sessions?
Yes, message me for availability and I can get the session booked in. Live sessions may add up to 2 days to the completion of your order.
Why are the usage fees so low?
The usage fees listed in the gig extras menu are licenses for end clients categorised as sole traders or small enterprises under UK law to allow access to professional voiceover at affordable rates. For medium to large enterprises, UK industry standard usage fees may apply. Message first for quotes.
Do I need Commercial Rights? (most likely)
Commercial Rights are necessary to use content for any internet, business (internal or external, or any other promotional or unpaid media use. This is the most commonly purchased usage and covers the majority of use cases. Other licenses can be purchased via the ‘gig extras’ menu.
What other kind of Usage Rights do you offer?
A list of usage licenses can be found via the gig extras menu. If you can't find your usage requirements listed, message me for a quote.
What happens if you decline the necessary usage rights for your order?
If the correct usage is not purchased, unfortunately the order will need to be cancelled. In the UK (where I trade from), all voiceover performances must be licensed to be used regardless of client location.
Can you record multiple scripts in one order?
Yes, I can record as many scripts as the word count allows for, however each script must be licensed individually. Multiple instances of the same license can be purchased from the Gig Extras menu.
Do you offer custom auditions?
Yes, I charge $10 for custom demos. Before I can do so I need a copy of the script, full information on usage (platforms and duration), as well as planned budget. If the budget fits with my fees I can record a custom demo at the fee stated. This fee will be deducted from the final order if selected.
