Your cold emails are being delivered. That is not the same as being read. Since 2017 I've built and run B2B sending infrastructure in Dubai: domains, authentication, warmed mailboxes, verified lists, suppression. I've fixed a domain wide Google spoofing rejection, caught Gmail silently rewriting the From address, and found Microsoft Defender burning single use links. I founded and run a B2B gifting and floral supply business in Dubai serving hotel and corporate accounts. On the outbound side I built and still operate the entire sending stack myself: dedicated sending subdomains isolated from customer-mail reputation, Google Workspace mailboxes and verified send-as aliases, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication confirmed on the raw headers of delivered mail, verify-or-drop list building, scheduled sending with hard daily caps, and automatic bounce and unsubscribe suppression. I diagnosed and fixed a domain-wide Google "550 5.7.1 email spoofing detected" rejection: the domain published a DMARC record left over from a decommissioned ESP and carried live DKIM keys for three different tools, none of them the channel actually sending. With aligned DKIM in place the domain now passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, scores 9.5/10 on mail-tester, and mail that had been hard-bouncing delivers.
