Which core skills and services as a virtual assistant are outside of your scope?
I wouldn't like to say anything is out of scope for me because every day is a chance for growth. Right now I am studying in my spare time to learn the skills needed to effectively manage social media sites for my clients.
What's your preferred communication method?
For simple tasks, email may suffice. However, for complex tasks, it may require verbal communication so a phone call or Zoom may be required.
