Managed end-to-end knitting and finishing production operations at Sri Lanka's largest weft-knitted fabric manufacturer, delivering consistently for Nike, Victoria's Secret, PVH Corp, and Uniqlo. Built advanced Excel production dashboards, KPI trackers, and fabric consumption calculators that reduced weekly reporting time from 4 hours to 20 minutes — enabling real-time operational decision making without delays. Designed and maintained dynamic production tracking systems for 100+ circular knitting machines, with automated shift-wise output dashboards providing instant visibility on machine efficiency, rejection rates, and delivery performance. Data-driven insights from these dashboards enabled rapid identification and scientific resolution of operational bottlenecks, machine faults, yarn quality deviations, and fabric defect patterns — significantly reducing production losses and downtime. Simultaneously managed both knitting and finishing departments — a scope later restructured into two separate senior roles — demonstrating rare end-to-end operational mastery across the full weft-knitted fabric production chain including circular knitting, dyeing coordination, finishing processes, quality lab compliance, and buyer delivery management.
