I am currently working as a voluntary technical assistant at NAVTTC Ghizer, where I gain practical experience in computer-related tasks and technical support. In this role, I assist with basic IT operations, help maintain computer systems, and support trainees in using different software and digital tools. This experience allows me to apply my technical knowledge in a real working environment and improve my problem-solving skills. Working at NAVTTC has helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and technical abilities. I regularly assist students and staff with computer issues, guide them in using software applications, and support digital learning activities. Through this experience, I have learned how to handle technical tasks responsibly and efficiently. This role has also strengthened my interest in the IT and digital marketing field. By working in a technical environment, I continue to improve my computer skills while learning new tools and technologies. My experience at NAVTTC helps me provide better digital services and practical solutions to clients.
